08:46 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Addus HomeCare ( ADUS ) said Monday that it has acquired Gentiva's personal care operations for $350 million.

The company said the deal, which it would fund through its existing revolving credit facility, is slated to close after regulatory approvals are completed.

Addus said it expects the deal to be accretive to its financial results.
