ADF Group Awarded New Contracts Worth $90 Million

08:06 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ADF Group ( ADFJF ) , which manufactures steel superstructures, on Tuesday said it has signed new orders in Quebec, in Western Canada and in the U.S. Midwest totalling $90 million.

In April 2023, ADF was awarded the first phase of a major contract in the pharmaceutical sector in the U.S. midwest, followed by the award of the second phase of that project in December. ADF Group ( ADFJF ) has now been awarded additional work relating to the second phase of the project. Fabrication of the steel structure and heavy steel components of the building began in February and the project will extend over 12 months.

The new orders also includes contracts in Quebec in the industrial sector and in Western Canada in the public infrastructure sector. The corporation's order backlog stood at $510.9 million as at January 31, 2024, excluding new orders announced today.
