ADF Group Q3 Profit Beats Forecast, Revenue Falls

08:01 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ADF Group ( ADFJF ) on Thursday reported higher third-quarter profit that beat the consensus forecast, while revenue dipped slightly.

The design and engineering services firm said net income rose to $16.4 million, or $0.55 per share, from $11.2 million, or $0.34 per share. The result beat the consensus $0.34 estimate by FactSet.

Revenue fell to $80 million from $82.1 million and missed the FactSet forecast of $80.4 million.

ADF also said it received stock market approval to buy back up to 1.77 million shares from Dec. 16 for one year.
