Adient Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Net Sales Rise

08:50 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Adient (ADNT) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.52 per diluted share, down from $0.68 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.57.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $3.69 billion, up from $3.56 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.63 billion.

For fiscal 2026, the company said it expects consolidated sales of about $14.4 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $14.43 billion.

Shares of the company fell more than 9% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
