Adient Prices $795 Million of 7.50% Senior Notes Due 2023, Discloses Plans to Redeem 2026 Notes

05:47 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Adient (ADNT), through a subsidiary, late Thursday said it has priced a $795 million private placement of 7.50% senior unsecured notes maturing in 2033 at par.

The vehicle seating manufacturer said it expects to use net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem its existing 4.875% senior unsecured notes due 2026.

The notes offering is expected to close on Feb. 3, subject to customary conditions.
