08:03 AM EDT, 03/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Adobe (ADBE) is facing a UK Competition and Markets Authority probe over its alleged early cancellation fees on membership plans for certain products that may violate consumer protection law, the regulator said Thursday.
Clients who cancel more than 14 days after signing up to its 'annual billed monthly' plan must pay 50% of the remaining annual cost, the CMA said.
The regulator will determine if these terms are "unfair" and if customers are provided "clear and timely" information upfront about the early cancellation fees, according to the CMA.
The CMA said it has not reached any conclusion yet.
Adobe did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
