Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $4.39.
Revenue for the quarter that ended May 31 was $5.31 billion, up from $4.82 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $5.29 billion.
The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings of $4.50 to $4.55 per share on revenue of $5.33 billion to $5.38 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $4.47 and $5.40 billion, respectively.
Adobe now expects full-year adjusted EPS of $18.00 to $18.20 on sales of $21.4 billion to $21.5 billion. In December, it guided for $17.60 to $18.00 and $21.3 billion to $21.5 billion, respectively. Analysts forecast $18.01 and $21.46 billion, respectively.
Shares of the company traded about 14% higher in after-hours activity.
