05:07 PM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Adobe (ADBE) late Thursday reported fiscal second-quarter results that beat market expectations, driven by double-digit revenue gains in digital media and experience.
The software maker's adjusted earnings per share rose to $5.06 in the three months ended May 30 from $4.48 a year earlier, compared with the FactSet-polled consensus of $4.97. Revenue jumped 11% to $5.87 billion, higher than Wall Street's $5.78 billion view.
The digital media segment's revenue rose 11% to $4.35 billion. Digital experience sales increased 10% to $1.46 billion, with subscription gaining 11%.
Adobe expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $20.50 to $20.70, compared with $20.20 to $20.50 previously expected. Revenue is seen at $23.50 billion to $23.60 billion, up from the prior outlook of $23.30 billion to $23.55 billion. Analysts are modeling for $20.39 in full-year non-GAAP EPS and $23.45 billion in sales.
For the third quarter, Adobe projected adjusted EPS of $5.15 to $5.20 on revenue between $5.88 billion and $5.93 billion. The market consensus indicates $5.11 and $5.88 billion, respectively.
