08:40 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The adoption of Adobe's (ADBE) AI products, Firefly and Acrobat AI, are trending upwards, Morgan Stanley said, adding its pricing analysis suggests potential for H2.
Morgan Stanley analysts noted Acrobat AI, Firefly App, Firefly Customer Models, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing are "well on track" to deliver upside to the company's target of approximately $250 million by Q4.
However, Adobe's Q2 results did not quell the concern about AI contribution being unable to reaccelerate growth, the analysts said.
Adobe is "well positioned" to integrate generative AI functionality into existing workflows of a broad base of subscribers, enabling stickier customer engagement and opportunities to monetize incremental productivity provided to users, the analysts said. Investors should remain patient for the encouraging AI metrics to "move the needle," they said.
