Adtalem Global Education Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

03:52 AM EDT, 10/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Adtalem Global Education ( ATGE ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $1.75 per diluted share, up from $1.29 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.58.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $462.3 million, compared with $417.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $452.3 million.

Adtalem maintained its fiscal year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of $7.60 to $7.90 on revenue of $1.90 billion to $1.94 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $7.78 on revenue of $1.92 billion.

Shares were down 3% in after-hours activity Thursday.
