AdTheorent Acquired by Cadent for $3.21 per Share in Cash

10:18 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AdTheorent Holding ( ADTH ) said Friday it has been acquired by Cadent for $3.21 per share in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at roughly $324 million.

AdTheorent ( ADTH ) said its shares are no longer traded on the Nasdaq.
