12:47 PM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Biomed ( ADVB ) said Friday it has raised about $6.6 million from the initial public offering of 1.6 million shares at $4.00 per share.

The biotechnology company said it has granted its underwriter a 45-day option to buy up to 246,000 additional shares. Craft Capital Management acted as underwriter for the offering.

The shares started trading on Nasdaq Thursday.
