09:28 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Biomed (ADVB) said Thursday it priced its initial public offering of 1.6 million shares at $4 per share, for expected gross proceeds of about $6.6 million.

The shares have been approved for listing on Nasdaq and are expected to start trading on Thursday under the ticker "ADVB," the company said.

Underwriters have been given a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 246,000 shares, Advanced Biomed said.

The offering is expected to close on or about Friday, it said.
