("Canyon"), a specialized manufacturer of composite and metallic structures based in Anaheim, California. With this acquisition, ACT will be able to provide customers in the space, defense, and other industries with full thermal control systems, combining ACT's passive and active thermal control products with Canyon's radiator and structural panels.
