Advanced Drainage Systems to Buy Orenco Systems, Adding to its Wastewater Treatment Offerings

04:22 PM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Drainage Systems ( WMS ) late Tuesday disclosed plans through its Infiltrator Water Technologies unit to acquire privately held Orenco Systems, adding to the company's portfolio of wastewater treatment products for the residential and non-residential end markets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, although the companies said it should close during Advanced Drainage's ( WMS ) fiscal Q3 ending Dec. 31, subject to customary closing conditions.

Advanced Drainage ( WMS ) shares were fractionally higher in Tuesday's after-hours session.
