09:58 AM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advanced Micro Devices ( AMD ) said Monday that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Finland-based private artificial intelligence lab Silo AI in an all-cash deal valued at about $665 million.

The Silo AI team will be a part of the AMD Artificial Intelligence Group, the chipmaker said.
