05:17 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AdvanSix ( ASIX ) said in a Monday filing that Michael Preston will retire as chief financial officer.

Preston will continue as CFO until a successor is appointed and will remain at the company through the end of 2024 for a smooth transition, the company said.

AdvanSix ( ASIX ) said it has initiated a process to identify a new CFO.

Preston's decision to step down is not due to any disagreement with the company, AdvanSix ( ASIX ) said.
