10:45 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) and L.A. Libations said Tuesday they have signed a letter of intent to create a joint venture to offer nationwide support to emerging consumer packaged goods and beverage brands.

Under the proposed partnership, L.A. Libations' retail solutions arm, Relentless Trade Solutions, would merge its West Coast retail presence with Advantage's national retail network to boost services for emerging brands across the US, according to a joint statement.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
