10:01 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advantage Solutions' ( ADV ) shares fell by more than 27% in early trading Thursday after the company reported a Q1 net loss from continuing operations of $0.15 per share, compared with a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by Capital IQ forecast at GAAP loss of $0.10 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $879 million, compared with $944.4 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $867.5 million.
