The company, which launched a new visual identity and messaging framework, said it will debut its website within weeks.

Apart from the brand identity, the company said it has simplified its business by re-segmenting its operations into three business units.

Shares of Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) rose more than 1% in recent trading activity.
