09:54 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advantage Solutions ( ADV ) said Tuesday that it has sold content management platform The Data Council to SPINS, a provider of data and intelligence for the natural products industry.

The agreement, which closed on Friday, also calls for the companies to continue an ongoing relationship, mainly through Advantage's private brand business.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
