04:50 AM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Advent Technologies Holdings ( ADN ) said late Wednesday it has been notified that it is still non-compliant with Nasdaq's listing rules even after it rectified a previous deficiency for the delayed filing of its annual report on Form 10-K.

According to the notice, the company still has pending Form 10-Q filings for Q1 ended March 31 and for Q2 ended June 30.

The company said it has secured an extension to file the delinquent reports until Oct. 14 and that the Nasdaq notice has not immediate impact on its listing.
