The Ecuador mining company said 99.975% of the votes cast voted to approve the offer of 0.1015 of a Silvercorp share for Adventus share held.

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted a final order approving the arrangement on July 2..

Adventus shares closed up $0.06 to $4.85 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
