07:47 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AECOM ( ACM ) said Monday it has been appointed by Shomoul Holding Company as project management consultant and engineer for the second phase of The Avenues Riyadh mixed-use development project in Saudi Arabia.

The company said it will deploy project management tools, data-driven dashboards and lean construction methods to optimize project tracking.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
