10:33 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AECOM ( ACM ) said Monday that it was selected by the Texas Department of Transportation to provide project inspection services, including the delivery of two large-diameter drainage tunnels and a pump station, under the next phase of the $4.5 billion Capital Express Central project in Austin.

The company said it will oversee the development of storm drainage infrastructure to relieve flooding and enhance safety along an eight-mile stretch of the I-35 corridor. No financial details were disclosed.
