Aehr Test Systems Wins Orders From Hyperscaler for AI Chip Testing
Aug 25, 2025 5:50 AM

08:24 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aehr Test Systems ( AEHR ) said Monday it received follow-on orders for six Sonoma burn-in systems from a major hyperscale customer producing AI processors.

The systems will be used for high-volume testing and burn-in of advanced AI processors and will ship from Aehr's California facility over the next two quarters, the company said.

The hyperscaler is expanding capacity for its initial AI device and plans to add more processors over the next year, Aehr said.

The company added that its Sonoma systems provide a low-cost, high-performance solution for production burn-in and early-life failure screening of AI chips.

Aehr also said it expects strong growth opportunities as demand for AI processors accelerates across data centers, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and security applications.

Shares of the company were up by over 11% in recent Monday premarket activity.
