09:21 AM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AerCap Holdings ( AER ) said Thursday it has completed its first Sukuk issuance worth $500 million at a profit rate of 4.500% and a five-year term.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including aircraft asset transactions and debt repayment.
