Aeries Technology Signs Up to $8 Million Deal to Build AI Teams in India

09:48 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aeries Technology ( AERT ) said Thursday it has signed a multiyear contract worth up to $8 million annually with an international marketing and technology company to build AI capabilities and expand operations in India.

The company said the partnership will involve hiring data, engineering and product teams, with most positions focused on AI.

Aeries Technology ( AERT ) also said the teams will develop production-grade systems, data pipelines and decision-making tools to support the client's business growth.

The company's shares were more than 75% higher in recent Thursday trading.
