10:41 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AES ( AES ) announced a registered public offering of fixed-to-fixed rate reset junior subordinated green notes.

AES ( AES ) intends to allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds from the offering to eligible green projects. Pending the allocation, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said Thursday.
