08:30 AM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aeva Technologies ( AEVA ) said Monday it has been chosen by Airbus subsidiary Airbus UpNext to supply 4D LiDAR technology for the Optimate automation demonstrator.

The company said its LiDAR technology can deliver high-resolution data at up to 500 meters and enables automatic taxiing at airports on board Airbus UpNext Optimate project.

Shares of Aeva ( AEVA ) were down more than 3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
