Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.4 million shares.

The stock is set to debut on the NYSE under the ticker "AVEX" this Friday. The IPO is scheduled to close on Monday, according to the company, which offers a portfolio of unmanned aircraft systems and multi-mission unmanned surface vehicles.
