08:24 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Affiliated Managers Group ( AMG ) said Tuesday it has named Thomas M. Wojcik as president, effective immediately, while he continues to serve as chief operating officer.

Wojcik succeeds Jay Horgen as president and will continue reporting to Horgen, who remains chief executive officer, the company said.

Wojcik joined AMG in 2019 as chief financial officer and was appointed as COO in 2024, the company added.
