Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.44.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $659.2 million, up from $445.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $605.4 million.

The payment network company expects fiscal Q1 revenue of $640 million to $670 million. Analysts are looking for $625 million.

Shares of the company were up about 16% in after-hours activity.
