11:16 AM EST, 11/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Affirm Holdings ( AFRM ) said Monday that the company and online travel agency Priceline expanded their partnership, under which Affirm will serve as the pay-over-time provider for Priceline Partner Solutions.

Shares of Affirm rose more than 9% in recent trading activity.

The companies said the expanded partnership allows Priceline Partner Solutions partner brands to integrate Affirm into their checkout flow and offer approved customers a book-now-pay-over-time option through their own websites.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
