NAIROBI, May 21 (Reuters) - African Export-Import Bank

(Afreximbank) is not participating in debt restructuring

negotiations related to any of its member countries, it said in

a statement on Wednesday.

Ghana and Zambia, member states of the pan-African

multilateral financial institution, are undergoing debt

restructuring.
