Afya Authorizes New Share Buyback Program

05:20 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Afya ( AFYA ) said late Wednesday its board authorized a new repurchase program of 4 million class A shares.

The program will commence on Aug. 15 through 2026-end, according to the company.

Shares fell 11.5% during after-hours trading.
