07:53 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ag Growth International ( AGGZF ) on Wednesday said Janet Giesselman, who chairs the board, and Anne De Greef-Safft, chair of its human resources and compensation committee, will not stand for re-election at Tuesday's shareholders' meeting.

There are now seven candidates standing for election at the meeting and a new chair will soon be selected, the company said.
