AGCO Approves $1 Billion Share Buyback Program

04:40 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AGCO ( AGCO ) said Wednesday its board has approved a new share buyback program worth up to $1 billion.

The decision comes as the company nears a resolution with Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited, AGCO ( AGCO ) said.

Shares of the company were up nearly 3% in after-hours activity.
