05:26 PM EST, 03/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AGCO ( AGCO ) filed a shelf registration with the US Securities and Exchange Commission late Thursday covering the potential sale of securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The filing covers common and preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, depositary shares, purchase contracts, and units.
