AgEagle Aerial Systems Files Proposed Sale of 4.63 Million Shares by Selling Investors

01:31 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AgEagle Aerial Systems ( UAVS ) on Monday filed a registration statement for the proposed sale of up to 4.63 million shares by shareholders in relation to private placement transactions by the company in March and April.

The selling shareholders include Alpha Capital Anstalt and Dawson James Securities, the company said.

AgEagle said it won't receive any proceeds from the sale of the registered shares by the selling investors.

Shares of the company rose 3.7% in recent trading.

Price: 0.70, Change: +0.02, Percent Change: +3.70
