08:53 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Agencia Comercial Spirits ( AGCC ) said Wednesday a subsidiary has entered into a five-year networking integration technical services agreement with an independent service provider in connection with a planned AI computing infrastructure deployment in Indonesia.

The total fixed networking technical service fees under the agreement is $10 million for the five-year period, the company said.

Under the deal, a regional network integration services provider will provide integration and technical services, the company said.

The company said it has entered into a number of arrangements since launching its AI computing infrastructure initiative in February.
