Agencia Comercial Spirits Shares Volatile in Nasdaq Debut

12:48 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Agencia Comercial Spirits (AGCC) shares were volatile in their Nasdaq debut on Wednesday, after the firm priced its initial public offering of 1.75 million class A shares at $4 each.

The stock was up about 2.3% at $4.09 in recent trading after opening at $3.82. It ranged between $3.72 and $4.36 earlier.

The Taiwan-based whisky importer and distributor granted its underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 262,500 shares. It expects to close the offering Oct. 23.

The firm said the use of proceeds include for expanding supplier network and for increasing bottling and packaging capacity.
