Elinoff, 48, was most recently treasurer at Amgen ( AMGN ) , Agilent ( A ) said Monday in a regulatory filing.

He replaces Rodney Gonsalves, who served as interim CFO since July 31.

Gonsalves will continue to serve as corporate controller and principal accounting officer.
