08:43 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Agilent Technologies ( A ) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Bob McMahon will step down from his role, effective July 31.

Agilent ( A ) said Rodney Gonsalves, its current corporate controller and principal accounting officer, will add the role of interim CFO until McMahon's successor is named.

Agilent ( A ) shares were down 0.9% in premarket trading.
