01:19 PM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Agiliti ( AGTI ) said Tuesday its acquisition by an affiliate of private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners has been completed.

The company said trading of its shares was suspended on the New York Stock Exchange and it had requested the exchange to delist its shares.

Agiliti ( AGTI ) agreed in February to be acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners for $10 per share in cash, implying a total enterprise value of $2.5 billion.
