Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.34.

Net revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $69.6 million from $60.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $73.1 million.

The company cut fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to $273 million from the range of $280 million to $285 million. Analysts project $281.9 million.

Agilysys ( AGYS ) shares fell 13% in after-hours trading.
