09:27 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Agnico Eagle Mines ( AEM ) said Tuesday it sold its entire 11.3%, or 38 million shares, stake in Orla Mining ( ORLA ) for about 560.5 million Canadian dollars ($405.6 million) through a block trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange at CA$14.75 per share.

The company said the divestment allows it to reallocate capital to its strategic priorities.
