Agora Senior Management Team Signs Voluntary Lock-Up Deal

07:17 AM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Agora (API) said Monday that its senior management team voluntarily entered into a lock-up period for company shares owned by them and entities they control.

The management team includes Chief Executive Officer Bin Zhao and Chief Financial Officer Jingbo Wang, among others.

According to the company, the group agreed not to sell any Agora shares through Dec. 31, 2025, except for the 400,000 American depositary shares that Chief Technology Officer Sheng Zhong is selling for personal financial reasons.

Agora shares were up more than 3% in recent premarket activity.
