The Supreme Court (SC) will be taking up the adjusted gross revenue (AGR) case on Friday later in the day on the issue of the spectrum sale under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). This clarification petition has been filed by the Aircel Monitoring Committee.
