01:30 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AgriFORCE Growing Systems ( AGRI ) said Monday its board authorized a buyback program of up to $1 million of its shares, effective immediately.

The six-month program is subject to a regular review and may be extended or increased in size, it said.

Shares of the company rose more than 5% in recent trading.
